Terms of Service
Last updated: March 15, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of InvitePal, a Chrome browser extension and associated web dashboard operated by InvitePal (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using InvitePal, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
InvitePal is a browser extension that automates the process of inviting friends to Facebook pages and groups you manage. The service includes a web dashboard for managing automations, scheduling, and messaging templates.
2. Account Registration
To use InvitePal, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use InvitePal only for its intended purpose: inviting your own Facebook friends to pages and groups you manage. You agree not to:
- Use the service to spam or harass anyone
- Attempt to circumvent Facebook's rate limits or terms of service
- Use the service on behalf of others without their consent
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the extension
- Resell or redistribute InvitePal or access to it
4. Plan Limits & Billing
InvitePal offers free and paid plans. Free accounts are limited to 50 invitations per month and 1 automation. Paid plans (Starter at $9/month, Pro at $19/month) offer higher limits as described on our pricing page. Limits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
5. Facebook Compliance
InvitePal is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of InvitePal complies with Facebook's terms of service. We design our tool to respect platform rate limits and mimic natural behavior, but we cannot guarantee that your account will not be subject to restrictions by Facebook.
6. Data & Privacy
InvitePal does not store your Facebook password. The extension operates locally in your browser. For details on what data we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
InvitePal is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to account restrictions imposed by Facebook, loss of data, or interruption of service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are violating these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the dashboard. Continued use of InvitePal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at support@yourmarketingpal.com.
